RUSSELL – An all candidates meeting is scheduled to be held at Russell High School on Tues., June 5 from 7 to 8 p.m. The evening is being sponsored by the Ontario Secondary School Teachers Federation – District 26.
An invitation has been extended to all six candidates. Each candidate will be provided with equal time for opening and closing remarks. There will also be equal time provided to respond to all questions asked by the moderator. The order will be determined by draw prior to the meeting. Broad themes for the questions will be provided later this week.
Candidates attending are encouraged to arrive no later than 6:30 p.m. In addition, candidates are encouraged to stay until 8:30 p.m. to meet with voters following the meeting.
